Catering Policies
Gourmet Food Works is a Full Service Caterer and "We Service What We Provide", including china, flatware, glassware, linens, etc. We do not supply "Only Staff" for functions. In the event a customer chooses to provide their own china, glassware, flatware, linens, etc. there will be handling fees and charges; additional professional staff may also be required.
- All buffet packages come with basic disposable caterware to include plates, cutlery, napkins and serving utensils.
- We offer other upgraded disposable caterware options for an additional cost. (These include bamboo, china-like and clear elegant options)
Full Service is available for an additional charge and includes delivery, complete set-up, courteous staff, chafing dishes, fancy serving trays and clean up. Final count on all Full Service parties required a minimum of 5 working days prior to the event. Payment in full is also required five working days prior to event.
Prices as listed for buffet packages are for drop-off service and exclude sales tax and delivery charges. Set-up is included in the delivery charge.
We try our best to meet the needs of all customers and request one week notice for orders if possible.
20% deposit may be required in advance, with full payment due before (for credit cards) or at time of delivery (cash and check).
Rental of Chafing Dishes, Baskets and Elegant Serving Trays is available for Drop-Off Service. Equipment deposit required for their use and must be paid by credit card. Deposit is refunded upon return of all items.
Tents, tables, chairs, linen, skirting all available upon request.
